Hey pizanos! Ya know I never ever wright DA journals and I thought why not list (in my opinion) the top 10 animes of all time. So without furtherado here we go with number 10!

#10-Death Note: Probably the most action-packed anime that actually doesn't involve any action. This intellectual rollercoaster which spans thirty-seven episodes, is an awesome watch and makes you think the entire way through. Its not one of those shows you can leave on in the background or get up to take a piss and then come back, cause you could miss a vital piece that you think has nothing to do with anything and then make all the difference later down the line. Death Note definitly deserves to be in the top ten.

#9-Dragonball Z: Spanning two-hundred and ninety-something episodes, this show introduced most of us the the concept of anime. Setting the bar for others to follow, DBZ has established itself as the difinitive action/fighting show. Yes, some may argue that it is too drawn out and wieghed down by suspensful reactions and stupid monologes and you would be totally right about that, but how many of you have ever cupped your hands together, pull them back and shout that famous attack: KAMEHAMEHA! Don't lie I know you've done it.

#8-TriGun: An oldie but a fuckin' awesome. Trigun is amazing. This twentey-six episode classic was one of the first to tug at that old heart-string and make you care for the cartoon people you were watching. The epic story about a man and his quest for peace, both inner and outter, is a refreshig turn from the eastern oriental setting to a more western, and I mean old western like with the tumbleweeds, enviroment. Old fashioned and futuristic, this one is a must watch! BTW Legato is probably the most badass, evil villain ever.

#7-Samurai7: Heh Samurai7 is number seven, wierd. Anyway this retelling of an classic story( "The Seven Samurai", and even a little like "A Bug's Life")This twenty-six episode anime perfected the concept of old meets new. With sword wielding samurai and giant mechs amok, this has something for everybody! Man that sounded like a cheesy pitch line didn't it? Well its true, the blend of 2D and 3D is astouding and the animation is fluid all the way through. Clearly a top pick for your viewing pleasure. P.S. The chick falls in love with the old guy instesd of the self-doubting troubled soul, thats a new one.

#6-Naruto(series): Come on, who has not heard about the little ninja in the bright orange jumpsuit? This show has got to be hands down the most popular and well known. With a diverse cast and great plot set in a world never done before in anime, this is just an all around great show and gives DBZ a run for its money in the best action anime department. And with the second part finally being released in english, people are loving it even more than the first part, and with good reason if you have watched ahead you crazy little otakus! Yes, this show may take the cake on flashbacks, its no excuse not to watch this epic tale unfold.

#5-Samurai Champloo:This incredibly well done anime makes you follow a traveling trio of unlikly companions with two of them wanting to kill each other and the third making them stay with her over a stupid bet. At first its just an adventure into these people's lives but soon a conspricy starts to unfold thata takes you deeper into this world you just have to watch over and over. Superb animation, story telling, and brief historical accounts makes this one a one of a kind anime.

#4-FLCL: Fooly Cooly or Furi Curi to some, this is actually my personal favorite. Only six episodes long and yet so much to watch and enjoy. The most random and crazy anime i've ever seen, (and if theres one crazier than this, I haven't seen it) delivers as may laughs as it does wtf moments. The animation IS CRAZY!!! Every episode was done with a different artist and director, apart from the main director. You have to watch a lot of anime to get this show and all of its pop-culture refferences, but boy is it worth it.

#3-Cowboy Bebop: Voted the number one anime of all time twice, you can't argue this does not deserve to be on the top ten. Now why is it its not number one on this list? Cause these are my opinions silly. An anime inspired by the music of japanese master composer, Yoko Kanno, I hope I got that right if not someone please correct me, this show is epicly amazing. With the non-scholuant plot, the awesome planning and characters, and the overall tone of the show, it has cemented its place in anime history. If you have not watched this or are just starting to get into anime, watch this, its a great jumping off point.

#2-Neon Genesis Evangelion: This complete mind-fuck of an anime is a jewel to behold. Propably the darkest anime of all time, psychologicaly speaking, is a masterpiece of capturing the emotions and feelings that dwells within us all. The story is waaaay out there and the concept is unpresidented. The plot is way to indepth to even start to explain and the twists and turns keep you guessing every second. I can't explain in words how amazing this is.

#1-Full Metal Alchemist: Well here we are at number one, FMA. Where to start? This crem-da-la-crem of anime in my eyes, which get watery every time I watch it, deserves to be the number one slot pick. Never has an anime made me feel more for the characters than this. The plot is astounding and the characters are so real you become attached. I still cant' watch episode seven or twenty-five without choking up. An epic adventure of two brothers out to retrive what was taken from them, soon turns into a tale of mystery, sadness, laughter, and tragedy, that encompases everyone they meet. This is the kind of thing you thank for being born into this time just so you could witness this. This is without a doubt the greates anime ever!
